These codes are for those who want to create a stand alone page hosted somewhere else and redirected to.

These codes are for putting a jump box on your standalone page. You will need to change the words LEAGUEPATH to match you league path for example if your league addy is greatleague.com/janedoe then janedoe is your league path.
